Hey guys-

Seems like more and more is added to the site every couple hours! Still a bit overwhelming, but quite fun.

Gym Style Legs today, with the abs from PS Legs. At the end of GS legs she starts the stretch with sitting cross-legged and I can't manage it. I am so tight by that point that I can't even cross my legs.

That will be my goal for the rest of the night :)

Hi guys!!!

Ben, GS Legs is torture!!! LOLOLOL. I have the exact opposite trouble: I get cramps spreading my legs after the outer thigh band work!!!

Chest 2day... from S&H (upped my weights again and had to do the push-ups on my knees... and struggled really hard to do 8!!!) and BM (got carried away and heavied up on BM, too, until I realized I had to lift less 'cause of the endurance factor in it... and growled during push-ups...).

Has any of you tried their 1RM yet?... Is it me, or it's a bit complicated with the tons of different exercises we have to test?
