Happy Monday, guys!!!

2day was GS Chest + Tris day... (added 1 extra set for the incline bench presses and flys) plus CTX All Step Abs.

Weird thing is I was close to failure during chest and tris... even though I lifted the same weight I always do, it took me great effort to complete each set. Maybe because I hadn't done 2 body parts per day for a while... who knows...

Hope you guys have a great week (can't believe it's mid-July already!!!)

Gym Styles arrived today!

I did GS Legs because I had just done the upper body from BM2 on Saturday. It was tough, but fun. Those super slow lunges - I did about 1/2 of them. I can tell how worked out my legs are. We'll see if I can walk tomorrow.

I woke up today with a sore back. It's good the UPS truck doesn't get here until the afternoon, because I wouldn't have been able to have bend right this morning. And how did I strain by back? Not the tredmill yesterday, or mowing the lawn... I was reading my 3 yr old a bedtime story - that's what did it. Oh well, it's quite stretched out now.

Hey guys!!
Today was a treadmill day 60 minutes of Cardio coach volume 8 - my new favorite. AND I did Gym Style chest and tricep and shoulder bicep and back over the weekend. Following the new Tony stuff - I have an all over soreness that is really working me over! In a good way...
SO - I'll catch you guys tomorrow and Ben - take it easy with the bedtime stories
