Jeez!!!!!!!!!! What a day it's been!!!!
2day was the presale date for Madonna's concert here in Athens... I did my workout early in the morning (Tris & Bis from PS and BM plus Abs from PUB) and hurried to my iMac to get the tickets.
Ok... here's the bottom line... due to the seller's site crashing, I kept ordering batches of 6 tickets a time and always got logged off.... effing server they got! I didn't receive any confirmation page or email until at some point my card was declined. I was sure I had enough money in there but I nevertheless used another card and finally bought the6 tickets, got the confirmation page and email and all was well... Little did I know...
All was well up until I called my bank to verify the purchase (I really don't trust Greek sites) they told me that I had made 3 (!) purchases... so I ended up with 18 tickets!!!! :7 :7 :7 :7 :7
I'm sure I will be able to sell them like hot cakes (the concert is already sold out) but the whole frustrating situation got on my nerves!!!!! And on top of that, my friends who had given me money to get them tickets kept calling me every five minutes to see if I'd bought the tickets...
You see, the concert was all over the news today, showing queues of people in the heat, fainting and screaming to get tix!!!! They slept on the sidewalk and by 5 am there were queues of 300+ people! The box office was to open at 10 am....
Anyways... enough venting!
2morrow's PS Legs & Abs, so I'll c u guys Monday.
