ANY GOOD VACATION SITES

i want to take a vacation in the summer just me and my honey and would like to hear from anyone that knows of any good websites where i can find the CHEAPEST vacations, don't really care where we go as long its not in the us- could be europe, anywhere nice and warm, again as long as its CHEAP(don't have much money to spend)

please recommend any good vacation planning websites

You might check out "Frommer's Budget Travel". It's a magazine, but they also have a web site. DH and I actually found our budget vacation to Egypt in there last year. Their web site also has a message board where folks can discuss tour operators, travel agencies, etc.

I'd also recommend picking up a copy of the magazine as well - lots of advertisers with web sites.

Another place is the "Savvy Traveler" web site - URL is: http://www.savvytraveler.org/

It's a very entertaining NPR radio show, and they always have a pretty nice "Deal of the Week".

I'll give you something very specific, and really pretty cheap that I did once. It was far and away an excellent and inexpensive vacation (assuming you are leaving the US).

Anthony's Key Resort in Roatan, Honduras. This will only be fun if you are a diver, but if you aren't, become one and then go! You won't regret it.
