Any advice about substituting different workouts when you lack one?

Hi everyone! I have a question for Cathe, but if anyone can offer any advice, please let me know. I am just beginning the dvd rotation workout, "Fat burning and definition," and don't yet have all of the workouts. I was wondering if you (or any other experienced exerciser) knows of good substitutes for the few workouts I don't have. They are:

Body Max
Step Fit
MIS
Cardio & Weights
Pyramid LB & Pyramid UB
Boot Camp
IMAX 2
Step Works

Now I realize this is not a small amount that I don't have yet, but any advice will be appreciated. Just something I can do that is suitable in the meantime. Any ideas?

Thanks so much!

Hi-Not Cathe, but I think I can help a little:

Body Max (A good sub for this one is probably Circuit Max-using a weighted barbell instead of hand weights, or even SJP)
Step Fit-Any hour long steady state step (Rhythmic Step, Step Blast are two good ones)
MIS (One of the harder all body weight workouts. Try replacing this with Muscle Endurance or Muscle Max)
Cardio & Weights (A lighter intensity circuit workout. Maybe Power Circuit or even HSTA or HSC)
Pyramid LB & Pyramid UB (PLB=Leaner Legs or GS Legs would work great) PUB (Try CTX upper body split or Muscle Endurance/Muscle Max Upper Body only)
Boot Camp (One of the harder circuits, again Circuit Max, SJP or even HSTA (with added core work) or HSC--keeping the weight heavy would fill in)
IMAX 2 (Either Imax 1 or Imax 3)
Step Works (Any hour long steady state step (Rhythmic Step, Step Blast are two good ones)

I'm sure you'll get some other great suggestions, but another place you might check is the list of Cathe's workouts that have been rated according to intensity and separated by type:
