The clinic I worked for (vein clinic and medical spa) sold Kinerase and it is the most wonderful facial product I've ever used! Anyone we gave samples to came back and bought it. It is a different type of product than retina or the retinols. It is extracted from a plant. Not harsh and does not make your skin peel. You can buy a cream or lotion, depending on if you have oily skin or not. It's very very safe and few people have skin irritations/reactions to it. It's also pretty pricey, but worth the money. I've seen it on ebay but not sure it's the "real"product. You usually have to get it from a dermatologist or doctors office. Not just anyone can sell it. I also really liked the "Apha" products from "exCell Pharmaceuticals". They can give you the name and number of a Dr. who carries the products in your area. They are mild, feel wonderful, and have made a tremendous difference in my little lines and wrinkles. (I should be selling their products for them, right?)
We also did Botox treatments at the clinic and I've had one on that forehead wrinkle (the Dr. told me mine was the strongest frown muscle she's ever since - not good!) It did work well, but only lasted about 2 months for me. I had no side effects (usually head ache or eye droop) If I was still working there I might consider it, since I got a great discount, but I find it hard to fork over $300-$500 every few months for Botox.
Hope this helps. You might ask a dermatologist in your area if they have samples of anything you can try.
