while doing GS Chest & Triceps today I remembered how I liked using the rope for triceps push downs (standing, facing the cable holding the ropes that look like an upside down Y).
so, grabbed my resistance band, looped it over the top of the Tower one full time and then faced the side of the tower. worked like a charm!
