I love to mix up my routine with Debber Siebers Slim in 6 or Jari Love's "Ripped" program because it offers a unique burn from all the very high reps and lower weights used. Cathe is my favorite instructor, so it would be wonderful if I could buy a DVD from her that offers this type of program.

A total body workout that offers little or no rest and back-to-back exercises using lighter than normal weights but much more reps. (Way more reps that those in muscle endurance and power hour.) The rep speed, pulses, and other rep manipulations would really add variety and intensity despite the lighter weights used. I find that using high reps and lighter weights is effective for breaking through a plateau and is challenging too! Plus, I know Cathe would just do awesome with something like this!

?? PH has a lot of reps (about 120 in the first squat segment alone). In fact, I think it's close to what Jari Love does.

I also have Jari's and Debbie's workouts and find them a good change of pace, especially for the lower body.

PH has a totally different feel than Jari's Slim and Lean and Ripped to the Core. PLus, I would still like a newer, updated workout with more reps and rep speed manipulations/pulses using lighter than normal weights. A change of pace is always good!

I would try this.

Me too! I never think of Power Hour as a "light weight" workout, to me it seems like a fryer when I use the weights Cathe uses. A Debbie Siebers style workout from Cathe would be bliss for me!
