Another Sean O'Malley rave review

I bought Volume 5 last night and was having difficulty downloading it. I kept getting error messages all over the place. At around 8:30, I sent him an email explaining the problem and asked if I could get the CD instead. Saturday night at 10:30, he responds...tells me what he thinks the problem is and that he could send me the CD, but is out of town until midweek and asked if I minded waiting.

THEN...he gives me his phone number to call him today (Sunday) if I want him to help me with the download.

Is he for real?!? Wow - his parents did a good job on that one.


(BTW - I got the file downloaded on my own, but won't get to use it until next week. Looking forward to it)

Sean is wonderful!! His customer service is excellent. I have all the CC workouts and am eagerly awaiting vol 7 which is in the works!

Actually, it's a business number - so I doubt it's a direct line to his home. Or maybe it is...seems like this is a small business (for now) and that's why he can give such excellent attention.
