Hi there,
Im curious about you using the bowflex for your leg work ie in S & H.

I have the same bowflex you do, but I only have the leg curl/extension attachment, and I like to add 4 sets of 12 reps extentions and hamstring curls to cathe leg w/o's, but I wanted to know what exercises you do on it (legs only)

Hi Jayne,
I have the squat attachment which allows me to heavier on my squats with the Slow and Heavy series. I also do the leg presses, usually 5 sets with the full 210 lbs which I am sure is not quite that much resistence in reality. I would like to add another set of power rods. Or maybe it is just the feel. I do the calf raises, the seated hamstring curls, as well as the legcurl extension attachment exercises. I also use the cuff around my ankle for some leg raises to the back for my glutes. There is a picture in the book of this.
