Another P90 Master's question

Since I can't seem to navigate through all the garbage on the Beachbody site...I'm hoping that maybe Kathryn or some other enlightened person can tell me about these new DVD's. I noticed in the other thread you referred these as being cardio or plyo type workouts. The only four P90X workouts I like are the upperbody strength workouts and I am craving 10 more of them for some variety. I don't care for any of their cardio. I'll stick with Cathe for that. So do you know if any of these are P90X upperbody strength type of workouts or how can I find out. Thanks a bunch.

Mariangeles,

Do you like the core and plyo leg workouts? How do they compare to Cathe?

Thanks for your help!

Karen

Thanks so much Mariangeles. I could not find that anywhere on BB's site. I was wondering if you have the series and do the resistance workouts compare to the P90X in intensity (I guess you'd have to have the P90X to compare....I'm hoping you might)? I wouldn't want anything but the resistance workouts. Do they sell these separately? I get irritated with all their advertising....but I can't find anything like the P90X upperbody workouts and I will tolerate this if I can just get a few more of these!! Thanks again. :) :) :)

Karen I can't answer your question because I have not bought any of these yet.

Briee I have all the P90X dvds and I prefer the Cathe's cardio workouts with the exception of Plyo X. The P90X weight workouts are the best I have done and I am interested in the P90 MS weight workouts only. I think you can buy these separately adding to your card the dvds you want but the UML (Upper Middle Lower)is not avaliable in the website now.A few members of the BB forums say they have ordered the last four workouts last week because the rep told that all the P90 MS are now out.The website just has not been updated yet. I think the complete P90MS will be avaliable in the website in January.

Mariangeles -

I wanted to thank you, too, for posting the description of these workouts. The Beach Body site is not the most informative there is in letting you know exactly what you're getting!

Thanks!
Michele

Karen,

I have both the core cardio and plyo legs. I have to say the plyo legs is one of my new favorites. It is an intense workout that uses little to no weights, but with unique moves that will leave your legs screaming!! I love it. I also enjoy the core cardio, although it is not as intense and more designed as a core workout than pure cardio.

Hope that helps!

Thanks for all your info. I just called BB and they gave me the 50% discount, but I had to ask for it. At first she said she could give me only ONE for 50% off, but I said "somebody told me I could get them BOTH for 50% off". She said "okay...I can do that". Joanna...you saved me at least $20!! You guys ARE the educated crowd!! Frugal too!!
