another new Cathe workout

I was just looking over the newsletter from yesterday, and noticed in the article about the IDEA convention
that she attended, that the Bootcamp workout that she did there will be available to purchase in the next
couple months from IDEA, I guess on dvd? How neat is that ! I would like that, I have one of those bars
with the tubing that she was using and it would be great to have a workout using that....SNM, don't forget
to tell us when and where, etc. we can purchase, when available.

It says DVDs will ship in September. The digital version will be ready to view in August.

I was able to order. A little expensive, but it's probably not mass produced. Ordered the DVD.

I'm still debating...dvd or download...I think I'd rather have the DVD, but wouldn't mind having the workout a little earlier.

Elsie, I think it's just one class she did at the convention, a Bootcamp class
Using step, body bar & tubing, etc......probably about an hour long.

Oh, I get it now, lol ......this is for certified trainers, so of course it would be priced accordingly. It isn't exactly retail. They probably got CE credits for a number of classes attended or that type of deal.

Yeah, you're probably right on that and I think if you are a member of IDEA, you can get it for a lot less.....

Yes. I did notice that members get a $10 discount. I'm spending a lot on Cathe stuff this month but I know it's so worth it!
