Another June Rotation Question

Hi Cathe! I'm really looking forward to tackling your June rotation, but I was wondering, on the days that you have the split routines is it alright to do both the workouts at one time rather than split it up? I only workout in the early morning, but have enough time to do both workouts back to back. I usually do between an hour and half to two hour workouts anyway, so my body is used to it.

Hats off to you Katie...Go for it :) But if at some point in that "marathon" you start to feel depleted or have lost your focus...time to cool down early!
