Another Jillybean rotation???

Lest year I used one of your Cathe rotations throughout the summer and was able to take of a lot of weight, along with correct eating.

Once the new videos come out, and we can all learn a little more about them, can I look forward to a new rotation from you incorporating the new videos to help me lose a little more weight? I would absolutely love it!

Which rotation did you use with a good eating plan to lose your weight? I'm really struggling and am afraid that I'm either not eating enough or not enough of the RIGHT stuff. :)

Well, I don't know the name of the rotation, but here is what I have in my notebook:

This rotation uses the CTX, SH, and PS series, as well as some of the step tapes:

CTX = Cross Train Express
PS = Pure Strength
SH = Slow and Heavy


Weeks 1-8

Sat - CTX Step Interval (cardio only) + PS CST
Sun - CTX 10-10-10 (cardio only) + PS BBA
Mon - PS SLA
Tues - IMAX (or any other 60 min cardio)
Wed - MIS
Thu - Cardio Kicks
Fri - REST!!

Weeks 9-12

Sat - SH LS
Sun - SH CB + CTX Kickbox (cardio only)
Mon - SH TB + CTX All Step (cardio only)
Tues - Step Jam (or any other 60 min cardio)
Wed - Power Hour
Thu - Step Works (or any other 60 min cardio)
Fri - REST!!

Weeks 13-16

One CTX tape each day for six days, Friday rest. Remember to put a day in between Power Circuits and Leaner Legs.

I also did the WW points (25 per day) thing all summer. I also rode my horse four or five days a week, and sometimes two horses a day.

Friday, my rest day, was also my "binge day" although that's probably not a very polite way of putting it. Basically it was my day to eat whatever I wanted - not exactly roaming the kitchen and grazing, but DH and I would go out to eat dinner and I wouldn't count points all day.

I suppose I should have posted this in the rotations section of the forum but I thought you'd probably come looking here first for a reply! :)

I lost the weight in Summer 2002 and have been able to stay within 5 lbs of my original weight loss. The hardest part is controlling what I eat :(.
