Good MOrning Everyone,
I have decided (as of last night, starting today)that I am devoting myself to clean eating and a good workout schedule till Santa comes.I am giving myself 3 monthes,to lose 10-15 lbs (15 would probably be to much) and to slim my thighs, buns and tone my arms and waistline.
Alot of my jeans have been tight lately and I think I have had enough. My workouts are pretty consistent.I have been skipping more days then normal....but no biggie. My eating is whats off.I eat to many sweets.I will crave sweets after not eating them all day but I eat them during the day when I am not craving them, and when I can just grab a piece of fruit instead.
Anyway....I was just wondering if anyone would like to join me.There are probably a few of us around here that need a kick in the pants (Im not alone am I :-( )
I am devoting myself to see how much I can change my body in 3 monthes...wish me luck.
Lori:)

Lori,

I am with you on this one. I was just thinking this the other day - if I could just get myself back on track. I eat healthy all day long and then I get home and I eat junk. My husband always jokes that he doesn't understand how I can be so dedicated to my workouts but not to my eating plan. He is so right though - I would look great if I could get my eating under control. I need to lose about 20lbs. I have lost 30 since January but kinda fell off the wagon when summer got here.

So count me in with you! We can do it!!! :)

Good morning everybody, :)

why don't you all join the Healthy Eating Thread we have here everyday. Everybody states what workout they do and what meals are planned for the day. It might help you to schedule your meals ahead, so you don't get tempted so easy by sweets etc. And the thread might give you also an idea for better food choices. ;-)

Looking forward to see you at the Healthy Eating thread
Kristine :)

I knew I wasn't alone. There was a time that as long as I worked out...I could eat pretty much anything I wanted. And I probably should have gained more then 7 lbs by eating the sweets that I have eaten.
We could call it the 3 month check-in...or the 3 month countdown..something like that. Are you going to mearsure or take pitcures first?
Well....today as been good so far.I did CTX bic, tri, shoul, the first part of KPC and SJP abs. I am leaving now to catch a flight. It is our anniversary today but DH had to go away for meetings so I am chasing him! We will be going out for dinner tonight, but I will be a good girl.I probably won't get to check in anymore until tomorrow afternoon.
Have a good one,
Lori:)

Hi Lori

I'd love to join you!

I've had enough of keep making 'token' promises to get rid of this remaining weight! I need to be accountable and have someone kick my butt if I don't stick to my targets!

I desperately need to shed body fat and find my ideal calorific intake. Just got a 'fat-protein-calorie-carb' book from Amazon so I can analyse everything that passes these lips! Also want to increase cardio through running (although I could have chosen a better time of year than Autumn in the UK...rain, rain and more rain)!

Count me in and let me know the details ([email protected]) - should hopefully be getting my head round the 'nutrition' bit this weekend ready to start Monday. The sooner the better in my book!

Andrea

Count me in Lori!

I'm actually feeling pretty good about my weight so I'm not looking to lose. However, the next few months are really tough for me eating wise (Halloween candy, Thanksgiving foods, Holiday parties, holiday sweets, etc.) so a check in will help keep me focused on not getting out of hand.

I look forward to getting it started and to getting to know all the participants I haven't already 'met' elsewhere.

Sooooo, today's workout was...
CIA 2405 Cardio Moves hi/lo. Wasn't too bad (a little repetitive for my taste, but not bad) and came in at around 45 minutes. Tacked on a 6 minute ab segment and called it a morning.

Tomorrow is some total body workout. I'm a bit time crunched tomorrow so I'm debating between Cathe's Supersets or a Slim Series workout.
