another cathe question please

I am doing step in motion untill i get some more in the mail,but can I do step in motion 2 or 3 days straight?i know you need to rest ur muscles and since it has lots squats and lunges i wondered.I like the cardio workout in it.thank you

IMHO, you should let at least a day go by between workouts of the same mode. I would suggest doing Step-in-Motion one day, do a power walk or a weight workout the next day, then go back to the step workout the day after that. It's better for the joints not to have the same type of workload day after day after day.

I personally wouldn't. I don't like to do the same thing 2 days in a row and if you're doing a lot of leg work, they'll probably need a break! Can you switch it up with any thing else like even walking ? If I were you I'd do it every other day. Hope this helps! Susan
 
I like to have two days between my weight workouts. Now I am doing he November rotation. This a great rotation. I work two muscles in the upper body each day. I do the weight workouts during three days in the week.This way of weight training let me do 30 minutes of cardio too. I can do PS chest and triceps and for example 30 minutes of cardio as ctx kickbox. Usually, without doing this rotation, I work all my upper body three times in the week, I usually do endurance workouts as ME, with 2 days of cardio between.
