Another "Boot Camp" style Circuit Workout

Please, please, please. I am addicted to Boot Camp and would love to have another really heavy duty cardio/circuit workout.

I love the bootcamp workout.You definately need to make another one of those but harder.Does anyone know when cathes new videos are coming out.I preordered but haven't heard anything. THANKS...

I'd also like to see a "Boot camp 2," with standing ab work in with the circuits, and/or floor ab work at the end of the workout (I never use the workout 'as-is,' after feeling a bit light-headed from low blood pressure doing it once) but do the "all but core' followed by "core only." It would be nice to have a workout already set up this way.

Hi! I made this suggestion awhile ago, but thought I'd repost it here, too. Hope that's okay! (And I agree - another Boot Camp workout from Cathe would be dyn-o-mite!!!)

Boot Camp Xtreme (this workout would use weights and a high step)
A workout consisting of a warm up - six fitness cycles and a cool down.

Warm up

CYCLE ONE
(1) minute of speedskaters
(1) minute of straight power scissors
(2) minutes of HEAVY squats
(2) minutes of HEAVY bench press
(1) minute of push ups

CYCLE TWO
(1) minute of jacks and punches
(1) minute of terminator climbers
(2) minutes of HEAVY static lunges
(2) minutes of HEAVY overhead presses
(1) minute of dips

CYCLE THREE
(1) minute of plyo jacks
(1) minute of plie jacks
(2) minutes of HEAVY plie squats
(2) minutes of HEAVY double arm lat rows
(1) minute of supermans

CYCLE FOUR
(1) minute high jogs
(1) minute of tuck jumps
(2) minutes of HEAVY leg presses
(2) minutes of HEAVY overhead shoulder presses
(1) minute of inverted shoulder presses

CYCLE FIVE
(1) minute power 15's on high step
(1) minute fast feet shuffles
(2) minutes HEAVY sit and stands
(2) minutes HEAVY rear delt flies
(1) minute decline push ups

CYCLE SIX
(1) minute reach tucks
(1) minute air jacks
(2) minutes of HEAVY alternating lunges
(2) minutes of HEAVY bicep work
(1) minute of fast jabs

Abs
Stretch

I've read several articles and workout programs where plyos are placed after weight work, so that could be another option for organizing a Bootcamp workout--or another workout (ie: do a set of heavy squats, followed immediately by a set of squat jumps, or a set of weighted lunges followed by plyo lunges, or a set of side lunges followed by speed skaters).

Or, do the plyos prior to the weight work to "warm up" those muscles that will be used as well as incorporate cardio. Good idea, I'm going to try it today. Thanks for the tip.
