Another ? Barbell recommendations

This has probably been asked before but what barbell do you use and like. I have been subbing heavy hand weights for some exercises and skipping others. I really appreciate all the advice and support on these boards.
 
I have an olympic barbell (45 lbs.) use it all the time. Love it. I also have a 22 lb. curl bar that I use when the olympic bar is too long, or too heavy. You can get them at any gym equipment store. I hope that answers your question.
 
I'm not sure of the brand (Golds gym maybe).....but mine is a simple set from Walmart. Ordered online and got free shipping!! All that weight!! It came with numerous size plates. My husband put some pipe insulation on it to protect my neck, works perfectly!
 
Troy Light Barbell is awesome for a lot of Cathe's higher rep workouts. The bar is 5 pounds and can hold 100 pounds of standard plates and is one piece, not a screw together barbell. I have two sets of these because I love Pyramid Lower and its easier to have two loaded barbells for fast paced workouts. I believe the set comes with the bar, two (10's) two (5's) two (2.5's) so that would total 40 pounds (including the bar). I also have an Olympic bar weighing 45 pounds for my Olympic plates which I use for STS.

You can easily add additional plates, just make sure you get *standard* plates not Olympic.
