another ? about pre sell

I just checked the orders section of the website and it doesn't show an order for the new video I did a pre sale for...should it? Am I freaking out over nothing? I know I did a pre sale order. How can i tell if it was received?

the pre-orders were on the old shopping cart not this new one they have now. snm has assured that they do have the pre-sales. depending on when you ordered is when it will be shipped out.
