Clarissa--don't leave the forums. I never thought you were crying wolf.
My mother lived in an abusive marraige for years. She finally worked up the courage to leave my father only to go back to him 2 weeks later. She finally had papers served on him and kicked him out when I was 18. I know some people who knew the situation were really frusterated with my mom, but it's always easier to say what we think others ought to do. Anyway, she did the best she could and I honor her for all her efforts to save her marraige and for her efforts to leave when it was more than apparent it was a lost cause.
It is really hard to leave sometimes and none of us has the right to judge your situation. I'll just keep praying that you have the wisdom to make the right decision and the strength to carry it out.
