ankle/wrist weights

I'm looking to purchase Cathe's 2 lbs. Ergo Wing Ankle/Wrist Weights. I have a really silly question. Is each individual one 2 lbs. or is the 2 lbs. the combine weight of both?

I would assume(I know, don't ever assume because it makes an...) that they are 1 lb. each. Or for that matter, they could be 2 lbs. each! Good ?, I would like to see the answer

The 2lb weights are one pound each.
The 5lb weights are 2.5 pound each.
I bought the 5lb ankle weights I outgrew the 1 lb weights pretty fast.
