For those of you have this video, what do you think of it? Would you recommend it? Why or why not? I read reviews of it over at Collage Video, but was wondering what the Cathe crowd thought of it. Any feedback would be great - thanks!

I have and use ALC II and love it. It is a very fluid exercise, as you know, mixture of toning, stretching, yoga, dance, and pilate. It has a relaxing feeling after it is done. There is tightening and stretching sequences. I feel my muscles get toned and stretched out by doing it. It involves more core muscles.
Being a Cathe fan and a devoted weight lifter and a hard core exerciser , I suggest ALC II for a different dimension of fitness.
