If I did this right, being the techno idiot that I am:

A little about my experience--I met Jess, Marla & Sabrina Friday morning & we went to Four Seasons to take Cathe's Friday step class. It was a fabulous class & Cathe is so much fun to work out with live, I just have no idea how I'm gonna go back to the home DVD/videos. ;-) I love the jokes she cracks & the moaning & groaning coming out of her (so good to know our hero feels the burn too!). So it was a preview for the Sat. morning step class, which was nice.
After we laid by the pool for a while & then went back to Jess' room, which apparently was roadtripper central. Out for a little shopping, then back to our rooms to shower & go to the welcome party. After a bunch of us went out to eat & basically "talk Cathe" & gossip. Much fun but a late night.
Up Sat. morning for a replay of the step class, which was once again great. Then we all showered at her club (try to imagine 100+ women trying to shower within an hour in 5 shower stalls LOL). Out to a delicious lunch & then back for the "15 minutes of fame," of which I was lucky enough to be a part. I was very nervous but Cathe & crew were so much fun it went away pretty fast.
Sabrina & I unfortunately missed most of the kickbox class b/c we had to run a few very important errands. x( But I heard it was great.
We were unbelievably exhausted by Sat night but all in all it was one of the best weekends of my life. Sabrina & I were lucky enough to have breakfast with Cathe Sunday morning. I did ask her about upcoming workouts, she said she'd been feeling pretty burned out lately but the road trip had re-energized her so who knows. Possibly just one workout at a time rather than an entire series.
I can't say enough about Cathe's warmth & graciousness, she's so down to earth & sincere. She made us all feel completely welcome & comfortable. And I also can't say enough about how incredibly awesome it was to meet so many wonderful women who are "our people"--in other words, who don't think I'm crazy for dieting & working out. Thank you guys, it was a great time!
Bottom line, I can't wait until the next trip!
