<--speaking of birthdays, has to share this:

Yesterday was niece's birthday. She is in St. Bart's having the time of her life with a friend's family. Yesterday she sent an email to my brother and SIL, part of which went like this:

"hi mommy and daddy sry i heavent been in contact with you since i got here.....We've seen soo many cool fish llike dori and nemo and theyre like right there you barely have to swim anywhere.....Today was my birthday as im guessing you know and Mr. B and carter took me shopping and i got an adorable flowy skirt and these matchingish shoes and i wasnt allowed to pay. I tried but they wouldnt let me so i still have all of the money..."
