Hi Cathe,
Love your videos -- I'm new to your work, having come to you from the FIRM -- and I love your workouts.
I'm wondering if you might be able to add some workouts that center on working all the different muscle fibers -- the IIa fibers as well as the IIx fibers. I think your intensity workouts do this pretty well, but I thought I would pipe up with this.
Also, it would be great -- I don't know the name of the muscle -- the FIRM would just call it -- tighten internally -- that muscle -- I'm aged 55 -- and though fit, that's a muscle that I like to work -- but seldom remember to do so unless I'm told, I'm afraid.
