I started out Mon w/ IMAX 3. And then for Weds cardio I decided I wanted fun, and IMAX 2 fits that bill. Today I figured I'd complete the set and do the original. What a week! Lots of fun, too. Not sure which is my fave, though. I don't like the warm up in the original, I think its the power lunges. ugh. #3 has the best combos, #1 has good intervals and one of girls looses a boob, #2 has the pina colada song. Not sure which is the best. It does make me feel a little less guilty about the choc dipped choc cone from DQ I got for an afternoon snack. Yum! Hey, I gave blood today, I'm entitled to a bit of a sugar rush.
