An IMAX week

I started out Mon w/ IMAX 3. And then for Weds cardio I decided I wanted fun, and IMAX 2 fits that bill. Today I figured I'd complete the set and do the original. What a week! Lots of fun, too. Not sure which is my fave, though. I don't like the warm up in the original, I think its the power lunges. ugh. #3 has the best combos, #1 has good intervals and one of girls looses a boob, #2 has the pina colada song. Not sure which is the best. It does make me feel a little less guilty about the choc dipped choc cone from DQ I got for an afternoon snack. Yum! Hey, I gave blood today, I'm entitled to a bit of a sugar rush.

Kudos to you. I don't think my knees could take a whole week of interval training. Imax2 is definitely my favorite, followed by the original Imax.

The tall girl in the front right (Hope?) looses a bra insert somewhere in the 1st interval and kicks it under the step. It sits there the whole workout.

I have done that workout I don't know how many times, and I've never seen that!! :D It will be on my list for next week!

I normally wouldn't do them all in one week, either. But I got started and couldn't stop:D:p It all just felt so good and peppy!

I love the Imaxes, just did Imax 1 yesterday! Love those scissor lunges. Imax 3, though, is my favorite -- and the one I do the most often. Actually, I think it's my most often used of all my workouts. Hate/love those plie jacks! I don't do Imax 2 as often.

I've never done an Imax week -- might have to try that! Would need at least a day in between, as Cathe says.
 
They all have their good points! I too love the pina colada song, it's so fun.
I must say I look for the boob loss scene & NEVER see it. I do see her kick it under the step but miss "the drop" :(

She has her back to the camera when it happens. If you watch her arms, she very briefly brings them toward her chest and then goes right back to normal. You pretty much have to see it when you're not doing the workout since your back is to the tv!

I have a cardio week every month. :D Three weeks ago I did Imax 1-Monday, Step Blast-Tuesday, Imax 3-Wednesday, Max. Int. Cardio-Thursday, Imax 2 Friday and Kick max-Saturday. Sunday stretch and yoga. :p
