Amy's Kickbox Extreme premixes...

Anyone try the premixes on the kickbox extreme and are any of them harder than the original production of it?

I have not tried the premixes yet, but I love KBX as well as HLX. I'm receiving Carido Pump Step and Advanced Step Challenge in a trade. I may have to break down and purchase Cardio Pump Hi/Lo. Anyway, now that I've used the workouts as is, I will defintely have to check out the premixes for KBX. I've don't even think I've looked at the KBX premixes yet!

I tried the 2nd premix, I thing great NRG. It was cool, because it was all mixed up and not in order.

Premixes are great! Lots of options but keep in mind that there is no break down of moves... I found out the hardway! lol

There is one called "ultimate NRG" (I think)...its the longest of the premixes but I'm wondering if its harder than the original. Anyone try this particular one?
