I love Amy's BC because it's different from Cathe's, and just as tough. The one thing I can't stand on it is the whooping she does, but I just keep the volume down. I'm grateful she listened to her fans and toned it down on her next workouts!
I don't remember specific exercises but in Amy's the cardio drills are pretty high impact and two minutes long, versus Cathe's "you can do anything for a minute" cardio. I love the core work in Amy's, it's a lot different from your usual sit ups and planks. I don't recall any traditional squats and lunges either, but don't call me on that!
If you haven't done either one yet, you might want to do Cathe's first, as I judge all other bootcamp workouts by that one. But give Amy's a try soon too.
