Amy Bento's new dvds

I plan to get the hi/lo. I don't like step workouts and complex choreo but the hi/lo sounded appealing.

That's funny Vee, I'm doing the opposite--getting the step but not the hi/lo. Her hi/lo seems repetitive, but that's just me. Her step is so fresh & unique, after the 6 months it takes me to learn it, I love it!

This will be my first Amy hi/lo Laura. I stayed away from the rest because the choreo was reported as tricky. I used to enjoy learning step and complex choreo but I no longer have the patience. I liked the clip on amy's site for the hi/lo.

Oh no Vee, you'll do fine w/the hi/lo. If you can get Cathe's stuff, you'll get Amy's hi/lo with no problem. It's the step that's so complex, & her cuing isn't always the greatest so it makes it a little tougher to learn. I usually have to preview her step at least 6 times before I can try it without breaking an ankle.

I am so excited that I am finally SAFE from a pre-sale!! I haven't even done ASC3 yet so don't feel I need ASC4, and just don't click with Amy's hi/lo. She cues as well in her hi/lo as in her step. Since I am not as familiar with hi/lo, it takes even longer and I spend a vast majority of the time staring at the screen saying "What???"

Now, when she comes out with the treadmill workout, I am all over that!!! I really like Tracey Staehle's two Walking Strong DVDs. Amy said to look forward to "kickin'" music.

I used to love Cathe step and pick it up quite easily. I haven't ordered her step since 4ds though because that is when I stopped doing step. If I like the new Amy hi/lo, I will consider her earlier ones then.
