Shelley is right, there are alot of threads on Amy, but I just did BC for the first time on Monday so I thought I would share a current opinion.
Good workout, but not as intense as Cathe's BC. I also felt underworked on several body parts. The cardio is longer, but you do the same move over and over for 2 minutes, so I think that gets kind of tedious. Now, she does use alot of interesting moves, and her personality is really stellar, but I am in the mindset of using this workout on days when I want the cardio push but not necessarily the heavy weightwork.
Cathe's BC leaves me feeling worked out in all ways, more "completely" than Amy.
I also have Amy's new Cardio Pump hi/lo and Cardio Step Pump, which I think I like better, but they are shorter workouts. She does include premixes on these, so I think I can make these more intense.
JMO, but I hope it helps. These are not cheap workouts, I think people may have better opinions if she lowers the cost.
