Cardio Pump Step, Cardio Pump Hi/Lo, and Advanced Step Challenge. ASC is one of her first offerings and the music could be louder/production could be better, but it is one of my favorite step workouts. It moves quickly and I always tack on the extra power up section. CPS and CPHL are awesome little gems! They both start with a cardio wu, then quickly move into short, sweet, intense cardio followed by short, sweet, intense weight training. A lot is accomplished in around 50 minutes. I really enjoy all three of these workouts a lot!!! Her step is completely different from Cathe. It is more complex, a lot less break down, and I totally love her step style! I'm thinking about getting Abs & Stretch. I also have KBX and HLX, which I didn't see offered at DD, but they are from her latest batch. They are over an hour, fun, doably intense with great music and great premixes! Let me know what you end up purchasing!
