Hi Cathe!
This is my first post. I discovered your workouts earlier this year and I've built up quite a DVD collection. Your workouts are so much more like "real" workouts as opposed to the ones that some of the other instructors put out. Keep up the great work!
Here's my question. I've read that a lot of people that work out in the AM feel great and have incredible energy all day long. Whenever I've tried to work out in the AM, I feel just the opposite. I'm happy that it's done, but I feel like I want to just nod off and go to sleep for the rest of the day. Am I doing something wrong? Am I maybe working too hard? Could diet be part of the problem?
Thanks for any advice you can give!
Angela
