AM/PM Rotations?

Hi All

For those who work out am and pm, would you mind posting your rotation please? I would like to see how you put together a rotation so as not to fatigue too much any particular areas. Do you do cardio in the evenings and weights in the mornings? Do you do circuits? etc etc..

How do you ensure you get to give the muscles the recuperation time they need?

Thanks

coco

Hi Coco, I give you the rotation I just got off of and the rotation I'm on now, ok? These are high intesity and when I feel I need it, I substitute yoga instead. Ok, here's the one I just got off of.

MON- run a.m. GS Chest and Tri's p.m. and 1 sec of core max

TUES- run a.m. GS Legs p.m. and 1 sec of stretch max

WED- run a.m. GS BBS p.m and 1 sec core max

THURS- run a.m. Lowmax or kickmax p.m.

FRI- run a.m. HSC p.m.

SAT- REST or yoga

SUN- long run

Current Rotation a.m. are the same, only p.m's change

MON-p.m. Muscle Max

TUES-p.m.Imax2

WED- p.m. Muscle Enurance

THURS- p.m. Lowmax

FRI- p.m. HSTA

SAT- Rest yoga

SUN- long run

In the a.m. when the weather is bad I sub IMAX3, the second or third mix of Hardcore extreme, or any other Cathe cardio tape/dvd. Also on Friday's I try to rotate HSC, HSTA, and Bootcamp. Those are my 3 favorite circuits, so I use them alot:D .

Ok, hope this helps!!!!

Hi Amy

Thanks for your rotation - it looks tough }(

I'd like to try it but I think I'll substitute the runs for step instead. I'll let you know how I go!

Thanks

Amy-how many weeks do you do each rotations? More than 1 or do you alternate back and forth?

This looks intriguing to me.

thanks
Maggie
