I just bought the Great Glutes DVD and on the "equipment needed" section, it says I need a pink fire walker band and a chair but never in the video did we utilize these items. Was part of the video edited out?
It's the bonus chair. You do calves and use the pink firewalker around your ankles for hamstrings. You have to pick the extreme premix or one of the others that include the bonus chair.
