hi everyone! i'm a newbie and i have spent hours reading all of your postings. Lots of great info! i have read on a few postings that eating too few calories can force your metabolism to slow down. for the last 2 months i have been keeping my caloric intake between 1200-1400/day and doing 30 min. of cardio 4-5 times per week with light weight training trying to lose weight. i need to shed about 30 Lbs. Nothing is happening. Am i eating too few calories? Thanks for reading! Any advise you got would be awesome!}(
