I really like LIC - esp the premixes - I combine the lower or upper body circuit premixes with the harder parts of Lowmax for my own special premix - But when I look at the ultimate guide - it only rates about a 7 in intensity! What's up with that - I sweat like crazy when I do this workout plus I feel like I get better results when I do LIC/lowmax premixes, and KPC premixes than if I do the other workouts that have a lot of jumping/cardio and rate a much higher intensity. Anyone else have the same results?
