I have a few things I need to do today so I am going to get ready for my run now and have it over with. Todays workout is suppose to be speed work but I will be taking the baby and the stroller, so running fast won't be an option. I probably won't be gone for anymore then an hour though. Im going to save the speed work for tomorrow before I go to work.

Quick pop in to say we had a blast in Reno - did get some sort of bad food though and still have a queasy tummy !
Didn't eat much yesterday and slept in so no workout yet.
Will BB at lunch to catch up on the weekends antics from you ladies and will hit the personals then.

Lori - I always dislike speed work, until I am done at least - and then I feel soooo gooood ! Guess you get your "high" tomorrow to prep yourself for work, eh?
I managed to fit in a portion of Keith Weber's (is it Weber? I can't remember for sure ) Extreme kettlebell workout this afternoon. That one is insane. I *heart* it!
It's finally the last day of summer for my kids, and I spent the day cleaning, doing laundry, and making an attempt at getting organized before they go back. Now I'm off to dinner and a doc's appt. and then crashing for the night. I'll check in later hopefully!
