Good morning girlies!!
I did AB Stage 1 Workout A this morning. Holy weightlifting, Batman, these just don't get any easier
I did increase my weights on everything, but only by five pounds. It was enough to reach exhaustion, though.
Lora, great workout, as usual!
Lori, great job on the eats and the run! How do you do it? Nine miles is a long run, and you do that quite often. I gotta give you credit, because I'd never last. So after about an hour of sitting in sopping wet clothes yesterday, one of my co-workers suggested that I borrow her jacket and go into the ladies room and dry my pants with the automatic hot air hand dryer. God bless her for thinking of it, because I hadn't! It worked like a charm! I was much more comfortable after that. The lesson for me was to keep a rain coat in my car at all times, now.
Wendy, yay for potty training success!! It sounds like he's adjusting to it very well. I know so many people whose kids aren't training until they're like, five. My nephew was like that, and one of my best friends two kids didn't train until that age. I don't know how they did it. I was lucky that my son trained at just about the same age as yours, (3 yrs. 1 mo.), and my daughter was a little younger than that. Oh happy times :7 . Looking forward to hearing about your Stage 2 workout.
Shirl, nice to see you! Good job on the eats. Have a great workout today!
Can you tell the boss is in court right now? Little chatty, aren't I? :+
I'm having dinner with a girlfriend tonight, so that means a drink or two. Ya know, being social can really wreak havoc on one's diet! But I'm going to try to keep it to one and then have club soda. We're going to a really nice seafood restaurant, so I should at least keep the food in control.
Okay, I shoulg get a little work done.
