Alwyn, TT, Kettlebells, Etc Checkin for Tues June 17

Just got home and ate dinner. Just wanted to post that I ate no "real" junk today, however, the girl who brings me "stuff" all of the time brought me a dry English Muffin from McDonalds with preserves and I ate that instead of normal morning snack. Didn't really need "white" carbs, but I felt bad throwing it out! I also had a fresh fruit bowl with pineapple, strawberries, honey dew, cantaloupe, red grapes this afternoon with my Dannon Lite and Fit yogurt. It was my long day -- 10 hours...and I need a bit more food to make it thru. Lunch was a huge salad with hardboiled eggs, cucumbers, etc. with vinagarette dressing.

I reiterated to my fitness friend how much I want his support around these evil ladies with the junk. I told him not to let me eat anything as a treat unless it's a fruit bowl!! LOL. He listened and said he would support me. He also brought a book in for me to read on Glycemic indexes and diet, etc.

However, I think I just ate too large of a dinner for going to bed in a couple hours! That's another problem....but it's tough when I work late.

Linda - I posted over at Hardcore re: Afterburn. I, also, ate too much junk on WSFL to lose any weight. Also, it makes me really hungry and I think I overeat...........or else I'm just a little piggie!
 
Hi! Just wanted to do a fly-by to say that I finally made it to the gym at about 7:30 this evening. I did a 20 min slow but super hilly run. I am still having TM issues when it comes to speed so that is why I chose the hills instead. I felt accomplished when I was done so I am happy. :)

Tmrw is a SWAT work out. Not sure if I'll do the circuit or the straight weight work out. I am leaning towards the circuit though....}(

Lora: Good job avoiding the sweets today! No worries on the english muffin. I think you did a good job anyway! :)
