Morning Ladies-

This morning I did Prevention's Fight Cellulite Fast and Turbo Jam Live Cardio Party. This was an interval workout. I did some of the intervals on the Rebounder and a lot of impact on the floor too (we shall see how the foot handles it). I only got my HR Up to 168 on the intervals. Workout was 64" and I burned 655 calories.

I also did Rainbeau's Yoga for Beauty - Dawn and Immune Invigorator off of Ravi & Ana's Doc Yoga House Call. I've had a stomach bug the last few days...and figured both of those yoga sessions would help. I really need to find more time to do Kundalini. I miss it and I really think it helps with health problems.

I'm getting really antsy and feel like I need the structure of a rotation...but I can't decide what I want to do. I wish Cathe's new one was ready.

Have great workouts everyone. Off to get my Lushie Bath and we're going to a movie later. Not sure what we'll see....as there isn't much to choose from.
 
Good morning all,

Think I'm skipping my workout once again as I slept for nearly 12 hours! :confused: Barely remember doing that when I am on my death bed.

Got so much to do and have another busy day. Haven't even watered my gardens for 3 days and it's been 95 - 100. Need to get that done this AM.

Tomorrow will be the start of a workweek and much easier for me to stay on schedule.

Hope everyone's weekends have been fun.

Lora - enjoy our Lushie bath and movie. Cathe's new rotation should be out soon. Have you checked out the rotations by FitnessFreak366 (now FitnessFreakk366?) She has some good ones too.

Hey girlies,

Sorry for my absence the past couple days, but work and personal life has been crazy busy. Family functions, meetings at work, and moving my sister out of her place of business has consumed the past three days. Tomorrow I'm back to normal though.

The workouts have not suffered, despite the chaos. Friday was an Afterburn weight workout, yesterday was a rest day, and this morning was another weight workout, followed by three hours of hauling furniture and boxes. Tonight should promise a good night's sleep.

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekends, and I'll be back in the morning. G'night all!!
