Good Morning Peeps.

Okay, I'm going to email Sunny soon. I'm gettin' worried. She's never MIA for THIS long!!!

So I've been up since 4am. I hate when I can't sleep!x(

I have upper body only on tap for this afternoon. Not sure if I want to do it with the bells or traditional with Cathe but I have time to decide on that one.

Jacque: Yes, a hill at the beginning will be easier but it may make you more tired over-all for the rest of the race. Hills are a double-edged sword. Ya gotta play 'em smart no matter where they are located. Walk if you have to!

Morning Ladie s-

This morning I did WSFL strength and metabolic circuits followed by HIIT. Still feeling sluggish and didn't have a super intense workout. Workout was 60" with c/d and stretch and I burned 530 calories.

Have great workouts everyone.

good morning :)

Lori- I hope you are having a day with some sunshine :7

Jen- Yes stage 4 is a repeat of stage 2 and I did pick up where I left off with weights. Plus it is 2-3 sets of 8 reps. I always try to do 3 sets. But sometimes I strugle on the last set.

Jacque- The peepers were not parked there yesterday. I think our Greens keeper scared them off. I later heard from our assistant pro (who also approached them) they were getting high in the truck.

Wendy- Lets talk about doing stage 7 together. I might even skip stage 5, but if you want to continue what you are doing for a couple of weeks I can wait.

Have we heard from Tammy lately?

today is stage 4B, I had an achy back yesterday and wonder if I did the first exercise on Monday incorrectly and then added to the fatigue with golf and walking. Today it feels better.

Judy: As soon as you have it, give me the ETA for your beginning stage 7. The sooner I know, the more likely I can plan to be ready to do it with you. }(

Good Morning:)

I feel soooooooo much better today! I had an awesome nights sleep. I was hoping DS would sleep until 9'ish, which he as done the past couple of days but DH cell phone rang at 8 and woke him up. Im still happy though, I got about 8-9 hours of much needed sleep!
AND the sun is shining!!!! Although, I think at some point today we are suppose to have thunder storms. Well I tell ya, we just put down our grass the 11th of June and its rained so much that we haven't had to water it yet! LOL

As soon as I can, we will be headed out the door for a 9 miler before it gets to warm. I also have to do my P90X workout at some point today as well.

Wendy** Enjoy your workout today. I never have a sleeping problem, just not enough hours in the day to get the sleep I need and want:)

Lora** Sorry to hear you are feeling sluggish, nothing worse then when your mind wants to do something but your body isn't up to par:-(

Judy** Thanks for the sunny wishes and it worked;)

I have whining boy so I should get him some breakfast and then get out for our run:)

Lori:)

Good morning girls!

Quickie post, because I've got meetings today, but I did cardio this morning, HIIT only. I have to mow the f'in lawn tonight, so I figured that'd be some steady state there. I needed a less hectic morning this morning.

I'll bbl today~

Jen

Hi ladies -

Runnin' in to post today's workout. CC2 Revised - 3 miler and those short but intense hills helped me tackle over 500 cals on the HRM at least. Just a measure for me but helps me see how hard I'm working.

BBL for a bit - got a STYX concert tonight so I'm jazzed !:7

Good Afternoon Girls. :)

I chose the bells as my method of upper body torture for today. None of my other work outs were appealing to me today. I just didn't want to be bothered with all kinds of equipment or weight changes. The bell work out simplified it and I still got an awesome work out! I subbed in my set of 15# DB's where she used 2 bells and did not show a single bell option. It worked out well. I did multiple sets of 12 upper body exercises and I feel thoroughly worked!}(

Gotta hit the showers now. I want to leave a little early to go to my mom's...I want to hit Target on the way to buy one or two more bells! :D

BBL~

Hi Everyone!
Quick check-in from work. I've been trying to decide what rotation I want to do. I am going to combine kettlebells, P90X+ and maybe a BW circuit as well as cardio and yoga. Yesterday I did The Kettlebell Way and today I did Hi/Lo Knockout. Tomorrow is P90X+ Total Body and HIIT.

I'll check in late with personals. My next client has arrived.

A friend in fitness,
Shirl
