I've been having knee/hamstring problems for a month now. Each time I use my muscles from the problem areas I have to stop whatever workout I was doing. As stubborn as I am, I finally talked to a nurse and recommend that I stay off from working out my lower body to give it time to heal. It's been a routine for me to do cardio (run) every other day but because of the pain I'm just limited to do just biking. Do you have a suggested workout for lower body without having to put too much emphasis on my knee? I'm already bored just doing biking and upper body routines. This is really killing me. :-(
