alternative leg dvd's in meso 3?

i am about to do my second dvd in meso 3. i think i am going to opt for the all strength leg workout using my bowflex instead of the plyo leg. has anyone else decided to do this? i know that once i start, i have to go with it all the way to the end. i guess i kind of miss using my bowflex and i really do dread plyo. i'm woosing out here, i know. i was just wondering if anyone else wants to do the other leg workout with me.
 
I just finished the option b for legs in meso 3. i was able to use my bowflex for the squats and lunges. i had to use my barbell for the deadlifts and front squats. i loved this leg workout! it is my favorite of all of the leg workouts in sts. but then again, i am enjoying all of the straight up repetitive weight routines starting with those in meso 2.

i have never been so effective using my bowflex before. i wish i had cathe with me when i use it all the time for all of the excercises available on the bowflex. maybe i can take some of what i'm learning with me for the next time i use it. maybe when i finish sts. i think the trick is the longer rests in between sets. before i was going from set to set right away. i was never able to lift enough weight this way.

i was able to use the lat bar on my bowflex in place of the pull ups in some of the previous sts dvd's. that worked out well for me too.
