This series is rockin' and tough! Some of the non-treadmill cardio has the beggest dread factor for me and I find it amazing that I want to die after only 10 minutes of cardio and then have to talk myself into the last 8 minutes. I'm doing Amy's Slow Mo right now but I'm going to have to figure out a roation that will allow me to use all my favorites, including BBC every now and then.
