alpha lipoic acid

I just read that this is great for getting rid of wrinkles. Anyone use it? What product/s have it?

I have taken ALA, but not for wrinkles. I used it for the benefits of an antioxidant that is active both in lipid and water compartments. (Most antioxidants are one or the other ~such as Vit. C works only in inside, water part of cells). There are lots of benefits for ALA, such as aiding in brain function, lowers blood sugar levels, increases energy etc.

There are other supplements that work well for anti-aging. You can also look into Superoxide Dismutase or Hyaluronic Acid.
