almost done with gs at the gym?

So i have taken Cathe into the gym and i love it! Feel like i have my own personal trainer. But its almost 6 weeks and i feel its time to switch it up a bit. maybe 3 total body work outs a week instead of a split? Anyone else try to do some work outs on there ipod at the gym and had success? Thanks...
 
I've only ever tried GS 2 the gym as well (and LOVED it!!!). I'd think that as long as it wasn't a circuit, or something that would have you be too "all over the place" it could work. What other dvd's ya got? I'm thinking along the lines of STS (total body), MM, Supersets/Push Pull, Power Hour, High Reps. Not sure how much luck you'd have w/ the premix options - like, say, PUB/PLB (there's a hour long full body premix option) - since it's a download vs DVD, but you might be able to make it work using the Workout Blender. :confused:
