I just finished Legs & Glutes for the first time....OH MY!!! I'm supposed to go hiking tomorrow....bet I'm going to be "remembering" this workout!;)
 
Oh Nancy, you WILL feel it tomorrow!! Take a long hot bath tonight with Epsom salts and some Zinc Magneseum to help relax your muscles and ease soreness!

Dontcha just love it!?:eek: Also, if you could take a couple of Calciums with the magnesium...it should help....with bunch of water.
 
Yeah, that was a nutty workout to pick the night before a big hike! Waist to knees was very ouchy!!!! God bless my foam roller!
