I was doing legs and glutes and realized the 10lb dumbell I was using is getting lighter and lighter to me, now I get to go on the hunt for a 15 pound dumbell!!! I am so proud of myself!! and that shot I got in the knee is a miracle worker!!! now I can focus more on gaining knee streght.
 
Leslie...that's great! It is such a nice feeling when you get stronger. I think those standing leg extensions with an ankle weight are good for strengthening the knees. Just be careful with increasing the weights...:)...Carole
 
Congratulations, Leslie! I'm glad you're feeling better and better. I'm not so hot about holding a DB in front of me but I do love the segments with ankle weights. More power to you.
