Good morning to my willpower-of-steel friends!!! HA!

I'm doing well so far!!! I am thinking ahead to Christmas eve and Christmas day when I know I'll eat more than usual and more on the high-fat side, so I need to use restraint to minimize the damage of these two days.

Today on the menu -

Br - oatmeal with blackberries, egg beaters on 1 pc of WW double fiber toast, coffee with creamer

Sn - Cantaloupe protein smoothie

Ln - 1 multigrain bagel with 1 T nat. PB, orange

Sn - 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup Flax and Fiber cereal

Dn - Peanuty Vegetable stew, balsamic succotash, and a large salad with rasp. ving.

I may have one of my apricot crescents when they come of the oven today. Only one though, each one has 65 calories and 5 gms. of fat!! That is why they are melt-in-your-mouth good!!!

Becky, I've figured the nutritional analysis on everything I made yesterday including the haystacks which gave me a heart attack when I saw what they were each!! 157 calories each and 11 gms of fat. YIKES!!
