Hello everyone. My weekend was decent. Yesterday's Lasagna was delicious! I made two of them one with whole wheat Lasagna and one with regular lasagna. The whole wheat one was delicious!
today My DD wants ribs for her last meal before she returns to school. I will make it work and eat most of my calories before the ribs and only have a small amount.

B- light english muffin, canteloupe, 60 cal ff yogurt
S- fruit and either capuccino or tea and a piece of low fat cheese
L- 2 tofu hotdogs on light bread, raw broccoli with honey mustard to dip
S- salsa and handful of light tortilla chips or air popped popcorn, mineral H2O
D- few ribs, spaghetti squash baked with s&p. large spinach salad w/ vinagrette.

Good morning Judy!

I did really well this weekend. I don't think I ate enough yesterday after my 10 mile run though, and was STARVING this morning.

B - Banana and steel cut oats with 1/2 an apple, cinnamon and soy milk
S - 1/2 an apple, WW English muffin with pb
L - homemade soup, slice whole grain rye bread, lf yogurt
S - ff cottage cheese, cinnamon, fresh pear
D - I haven't quite figured that out yet:p

Workout is the Gauntlet.
 
The weekend was so-so for me. Friday's night dinner with friends was wonderful. I was worried about mixing friends from work, DH's work and church, but everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. MIL said we have a nice bunch of friends. I didn't have dessert, but did have quite a bit champagne. Sat we went to Harrisburg for the PA Farm Show. They have a food court featuring food from PA. I had smoked trout chowder and a baked potato. Followed by a maple sundae. Sunday was a very clean day to make up for Fri and Sat splurges. Today:
B - steel cut oats, cinnamon sugar, raisins and soy milk, banana
L - turkey sandwich on wheat, carrots, tomatos, yogurt
D - tortilla and bean soup, salad, corn bread
S - banana, apple
Today is a cardio day. Probably Step Blast.
 
Hi ladies. My weekend eating was so-so. I started WW last Monday and I only lost a lb so far. Kinda bummed me out but I didn't stick to it 100% over the weekend so I have no one to blame but my.

Breakfast: English muffin w/ff ham, ff yogurt & coffee
Lunch: french onion soup w/out the cheese & croutons, 4 crackers and a WW dessert w/ff vanilla ice-cream. (I know, not clean but it was delicious)
Snack: 1 garlic/dill pickle
Dinner: oven breaded haddock, seasoned potatoes made w/olive oil, broccoli and a salad w/ff dressing
PM snack: ????

Haven't exercised yet. I'm going to do some type of cardio after dinner. My son and I did ride our bikes around the yard today - it was fun. I can't wait to try it out on a real trail. :)
 
Hello my friends in moderation...

Well this weekend wasn't the best. I had the best of intentions though! The cookies and most everything else are out of the house but the buckeyes are still in the fridge and well, won't elaborate any further but you get the picture.:p

It is midcycle for me and the urge was overwhelming so I just went with it. This January rotation has me feeling better about these kind of things especially since my HRM showed me that I burned 3,476 calories combined for the six workouts this week, most of which were 90 minutes long.

Oh well, today was good and I think I'm over the urge, haven't felt the pull all day!:p

Today went like this...

Br - oatmeal w/ chopped apple cinn, one egg (out of egg beaters) on 1 pc of WW toast, coffee w/creamer

Sn - sweet potato protein smoothie w/skim milk

Ln - deli ham sandwich with mustard on WW, banana w/ 1 T nat. PB

Sn - Go Lean cereal, skim milk

Dn - Smoked chicken breast with roasted red pepper sauce (Cooking Light recipe), large salad with low cal. raspberry ving.

Today was good and tomorrow will be too.

B-kashi cereal with f/f milk and coffee

S-1/2 apple and 1/2 cup l/f cottage cheese

L-2 morning star farms veggie burgers and 1/2 cup l/f cottage cheese

S-protein shake: 1 cup f/f milk, 2 scoops vanilla pro. powder, 1 banana...YUM!:9

D-1 piece chicken cutlet, 1/2 cup corn, 1 baked sweet potato.

S- Y.T.D.!;)
 
I like to read what everyone's eating because I get some great ideas. Tomorrow I'm going to have a bowl of steel cut oats and some egg whites for breakfast, courtesy of IMAFITNESSFREAK.

B-1 cup of Blueberry Morning cereal and 1 hardboiled egg
S-1 oz of peanuts
L-large green salad w/ 3 ounces of deli turkey breast and lite Italian dressing
S-1 multigrain rice cake w/ 1 TBSP natural peanut butter
D-3 thin slices of pork loin, green beans and a multigrain english muffin.
S-haven't decided, probably a piece of fruit.
